free printable babysitter + nanny guide

I can’t tell you how anxious I felt about hiring a nanny and finding reliable and trustworthy babysitters for our new baby as a first time baby mom. The opinions and array of (often conflicting) information on the internet giving advice on childcare felt overwhelming.

As a first time baby mom - I’ve been a stepmom for several years! - I found it helpful to create a Nanny Guide introducing our nanny and babysitters to our family, our household rules, and my daughter’s schedule and needs. It’s a system!! You know I love a good system for everything.

A Side Note About Household Systems:

Systems help in establishing and maintaining healthy habits and reducing stress and anxiety related to decision fatigue and lack of clarity. By establishing clear household routines and guidelines, you can also enhance efficiency and productivity, ensuring that tasks are completed smoothly and to your desired outcome. Efficiency in some household areas leads to more freedom to use your time how you want! Lastly, clear communication is key to a harmonious household. Systems and guides facilitate open communication channels, ensuring everyone is on the same page regarding responsibilities, schedules, and expectations.

I whipped up a thoughtful guide for you to copy and I plan to use ours for years to come! I’ve already edited mine some with new information as my daughter grows. You can download this free printable nanny guide and make it your own below!

I no longer feel stressed about childcare, wondering if our girl will be taken care of.

If you’d like to download the guide, you can grab it below! The guide will be emailed to you.

Enjoy MAMAS and DADAS!
